Stress makes us anxious. When we are anxious, we become reactive and defensive by default. Each of us has a unique set of unconscious, habitual coping strategies that kicks in automatically under stress. I use a combination of therapeutic tools to teach men and women how to respond rather than react to the big and the small positive and negative stressors that life deals us. I specialize in teaching adults how to have a more satisfying sense of control over their own lives and a greater sense of connection to themselves and others through individualized therapy sessions.
